Getting acquainted
Collaboration often starts when you think you’ve found the perfect partner, doesn’t it? My approach is based on a balance of experience and validated knowledge, combining my preferred disciplines, university certification and complementary expertise. If you’re interested in health and performance, let’s get to know each other!
Fascinated by the
human body
The human body has always fascinated me: the unexplored potential of the brain, our unlimited imaginative capacity, the development of our muscles, the transformation of food into energy… So many facets that have aroused my curiosity from an early age.
Health-related topics are everywhere: sport, physical activity, a balanced diet. But how can we incorporate them into our daily lives and reap the real benefits?
Do you enjoy physical activity? Are you thinking about it? Would you like to understand why and how it can benefit you? I’ve asked myself the same questions.

Diversity, again and again
At the age of 15, I started out in “traditional” fitness, which led me to discover the wide range of disciplines involved. For 10 years, I trained in CAF (thighs-abdos-buttocks), TRX (suspension work), Bodysculpt, spinning and so on.
At the age of 25, in search of new challenges and a stronger connection with nature, I turned to mountain sports: mountaineering, trail-running, climbing, ski touring. A passion that has never left me for the past 7 years.
Versatility is my driving force. Rather than seeking performance in a single discipline, I prefer to explore, learn and pass on. Over and over again.
It’s a question of personality, and my natural curiosity can only be satisfied by diversity and discovery on a daily basis. I explore this through my own practice, but also by learning the disciplines of choice of the people I work with.

From experience to graduation
Playing various sports for years and trying out different ways of eating is all well and good. But it’s even better to learn and consolidate your knowledge.
By experimenting and questioning myself, I wanted to deepen my expertise in nutrition and physical preparation. So I took three training courses at the University Sports of Lausanne, obtaining triple certification:
- Personal Trainer
- Nutrition and health advisor
- Nutrition and sports performance consultant
Why these training courses? Because health cannot be improvised. In a world where information circulates quickly and sometimes unfoundedly, it’s essential to rely on validated and proven knowledge. If you’re interested in the subject of credibility in the healthcare world, I recommend you read my article on the subject. Read it here !
A science-based method
There are a multitude of approaches and methods to the vast subject of health. Nutrition protocols have been developed to enable the endurance athlete to endure long hours of exertion, recommendations on physical activity have been generalized by reference organizations and trends have been set by the latest influencer on our beloved pink square social network.
There’s no general truth or universal method that will work for everyone. For this reason, my approach is based on 2 principles: individualization and scientifically proven methods. Why is it so important to refer to methods that have been tried and tested in the field? Because neither theory nor practice can exist without the other.
“We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first times.”
— T.S. Eliot
Cross-disciplinary skills
With a Master’s degree in Management, specializing in Marketing, Communication and Human Resources, I regularly deliver training courses in these sectors, particularly in the behavioral sciences.
My career has been built on an understanding of the human being, which helps me greatly in my health-related activities.
Also accustomed to conferences and interaction, I’d be delighted to put my pedagogical skills to work for your employees, leading and nurturing impassioned discussions on the subjects at hand.

Personal experience and convictions
A disease
After years of eating and mood disorders, digestive discomforts, repeated deficiencies and unexplained fatigue, the diagnosis came: I was 20 and suffering from celiac disease, an autoimmune disorder that causes the body to react violently when gluten is consumed. Not to be confused with intolerance or allergy, which have neither the same causes nor the same long-term consequences.

Disorders and various disturbances
In my twenties, I went through a few difficult phases on a personal level, resulting in a loss of appetite and sleep disorders that brought me close to anorexia. My body went haywire, my hormones went wild, and the mechanism of bulimia and bigorexia was set in motion: compulsive eating, the urge to make myself vomit, training to the point of total exhaustion, everything.

A re-evaluated diet
For various reasons, I made the choice several years ago to go meatless. Between ethics, personal convictions and the benefits I’ve seen in my training, I’ve taken the vegetarian plunge and made the best of it. However, I’m not advocating this way of eating. It’s a personal choice, and if you’re interested in this way of eating, I’d be delighted to tell you more about it.

The experiences described above illustrate that health is a matter of conscious choice, but also of unintentional “setbacks” that we may have to face at some point in our lives. Even if some of the moments were very difficult to live through at the time, today I’m in perfect health, I’ve regained my physical and mental equilibrium and I’m fully in tune with my convictions.
These experiences have enriched my career and enabled me to evolve in my personal and professional practice. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle mass, are interested in a gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian or vegan diet, consider yourself a flexitarian or suffer from behavioral disorders, I’ll do my utmost to provide you or your colleagues with the help and support you need.
